LIST OF ISSUES
EDUCATION
Government’s role should be limited, and, where there is a proper government function, it should be done efficiently and effectively. For example, K-12 education is an important government function, and, accordingly, we are investing half of the state general fund each year in our schools. As we maintain this funding priority, we must continually look for ways to get more money into the classroom to improve results for Kansas kids. Measurable student achievement should be our focus.
FIREARMS
Web am a strong supporter of the right to keep and bear arms. This right must be protected to ensure our society remains free.
ECONOMY
Under the Biden administration policies, Kansans have felt the squeeze on their budgets because of his poor economic policies seeing their gas and grocery store prices increase. Web will fight against the federal government when they attempt to enact sweeping new regulations that harm Kansas families and businesses.
LIFE
Human worth is one of my core values, and I value life. I am pro-life and pro-family. I firmly believe we must defend the unborn and protect traditional marriage.
TAXES
Kansas must become competitive. We can only do so by continuing to reform our tax law to a fairer, flatter tax system. We are seeing our senior citizens flee Kansas for friendlier tax states; this must change. Web will vote to reduce the tax burden and keep our senior citizens in Kansas.
